My friend Josh asked if I would create for him a video to submit for the reality show “Top Chef.”  There were strict guidelines we had to follow in making the presentation.  Sadly I only had a very cheap ($50) digital video camera to use during the making of this, and it revealed, in the end, a horrible white balance.  My friend was not chosen, but at least we had fun creating this short film.
